Free shipping on every US order
There's no minimum, no threshold to hit and no surprise fee at checkout. Every order shipped within the United States ships free, whether it's a keychain or a leather duffel. What you see on the product page is what you pay for the item, with applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
30-day returns, so gifting feels low-risk
Buying for someone else always carries a little uncertainty. Wrong color? Already has one? You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. You can read the details in our refund policy.
Delivery timing
Our orders are processed in 1โ3 business days, and US delivery usually takes 7โ14 business days. Carriers also get busier as the holidays approach.

Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package. That's normal, because some pieces ship from different warehouses.
